A great way of saving fabric from landfill is to recycle your own scrap fabrics when you no longer want them. This course will teach you fantastic ways of upcycling textiles! Make a bag from a jeans leg, a little creature from a sock, beautiful brooches from colourful scraps and turn a sari top into a summer dress. This course is particularly suitable for beginners and all those who are after a quick sense of achievement! The course will be led by lovely Jaime Greenly who is a Surface Pattern Design Graduate! Jaime has worked with TRAID as well as lots of other recycled projects too!
Every Wednesday 4-5.30 and 5.30-7pm during Term Time
