8 Week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction


Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course. New 8 week course in secular meditation starting May 2016 on Wednesday evenings in Muswell Hill. The course will follow a mindfulness-based stress reduction programme. A commitment to reading the work book and doing daily practice meditations in between each class is essential to get the full benefit of the course.

Cost: £240 (£180 concessionary rate/£210 Earlybird) per person for the 8 week course which includes 8 sessions, work book and dropbox file of guided meditations. Concessionary rates available for students, the unemployed and those on a low household income. Maximum 12 students per course.
