My postnatal classes are a fun space for YOU and YOUR BABY and a great opportunity to connect with other women in the community at similar stages of postpartum!
This class is specially designed to help you get back in shape, build up strength and prepare the muscles to cope better with your everyday life.

Starting with warm up yoga poses, we will tone the abdominal muscles, strengthening the back and pelvic floor. We will learn basic Bellydance techniques to help you engage all muscles and gain awareness of your posture, helping you sooth or prevent any back and neck pain. In addition, we will spend time learning fun coreographies which will help you release stress, increase energy while bonding with your baby. We will finish the class with some guided relaxation and a nice cup of tea!
