A mixture of pilates and low impact aerobic exercises to help mums stay in tip top condition during pregnancy, help prepare the body for labour and childbirth and assist with post natal recovery.
This is a small class to allow me to focus on giving you individual attention to ensure exercises are done safely and effectively.
This is a mixed ability class but please ensure you have checked with your GP before beginning to, or continuing with, exercise while pregnant.
