We are a personal training and group exercise studio who focus on promoting good health and functional fitness. We don't believe you have to use the most expensive high-tech equipment to get the results you want, instead we think the best equipment is your own body. Our workouts are centred around body weight exercises, supplemented with some functional training equipment such as kettle bells and medicine balls, to develop healthy movement patterns and achieve all over strength and fat loss. We make our sessions varied, functional and most importantly fun! We also have an onsite sports massage therapist who is awesome at relieving the aches, pains and stresses of daily living.

Our Circuits 10-11am Tues/Thurs sessions you can bring along pre-walkers to sit in their buggies while you workout, also private areas for feeding if required.

Opening times: Mon-Fri 06:30 - 21:00 Sat & Sun 08:00 - 14:00.
