Join us to strengthen your pelvic floor, tone your abdominal muscles and improve your alignment, balance, flexibility and posture. This class provides a dedicated space for women to recover their pelvic and abdominal strength, tone and condition following pregnancy or pelvic surgery. Led by a specialist Women's Health physiotherapist, the modified pilates practiced is safe and designed to strengthen your core and pelvic floor whilst allowing you to regain your shape healthily. This can help reduce incontinence or discomfort down below following birth or surgery, and improve your confidence. We keep our classes small to ensure that you get the most from each session.
Women are welcome to join the class to treat any Pelvic Girdle Pain they had in pregnancy, but its suggested that you have an individual session with our specialist physiotherapist first.
Classes are only £45 for 6 sessions, and can be spread out as long as you let us know if you need to miss one.
