Fun, friendly and relaxed classes including yoga postures, movement, dance, singing and imaginative play....each class is based around a different story eg going to the jungle / outer space / fireworks etc. Carers are more than welcome to join in too!
To get to Friends Meeting House, if coming from Aber come out of town via Rummers bridge, up hill past Aber Holiday Village sign on left, next right is Maes Maelor, Meeting House half way along on right. any probs just ring!
