Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy yoga is very different from traditional forms of yoga, the emphasis being on nurturing the mother and gently preparing her for the birth and beyond, not just physically but also emotionally. It helps to keep the body strong and toned but without any strain and importantly it gives women time to relax and focus on themselves and also bonding with their baby.

Pregnancy yoga classes are suitable from 14 weeks right up until the birth and no previous experience of yoga is required.
