Postnatal yoga courses run in six week blocks, they can be started as soon as the woman feels ready after the birth. Babies are brought along to class.

The focus with postnatal yoga is to use gentle exercise and breathing techniques to regain physical strength, tone muscles, re-stabilise the pelvis and lower back, enjoy relaxation and develop a closer bond with your baby.
