This workshop includes: an understanding of the natural relaxed mental state that is hypnosis plus lots of deep relaxation, practical hypnosis and self hypnosis sessions, reducing fear, breathing. The focus is on personalising deep relaxation and hypnosis. This workshop is one of a pair. In February only, the second workshop (Practical Birth Preparation) is free with this workshop.
