Beginners' Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga


Mondays 10am at Cheltenham Holistic Health Centre.
Fridays 9.45am at Seasons, Swindon Village, Cheltenham
£7 for 75 minutes.
Katie is a Yoga Alliance qualified yoga teacher, teaching a vinyasa style of yoga with a focus on core body strength and alignment. Classes focus on alignment, core body engagement and the use of the breath. Key poses are introduced before flow vinyasa work is introduced.
