The Birth of Taste classes can turn your toddler from food gremlin to gourmet. I offer help and support on either a one-to-one basis or in group-based discussions on how to get your toddler eating a healthy, balanced diet. Included is a Take-home pack, recipes and strategies, and I also offer at-home visits for parents struggling to get their young children past the 'tricky eating' stage. Come with a small group of like-minded friends and learn about A Balanced Diet, Food Neophobia and even how to get your and your family eating out at restaurants.
