Gentle, fun, yoga movement and relaxation classes for babies aged 6 weeks to crawling, their mums, dads and carers.
Friendly, calming classes. No previous yoga experience necessary.
Enjoy uninterrupted time with your baby and learn simple movements based on the principles and postures of yoga to help you and your baby to communicate, bond and best of all relax.
Baby yoga is great for building confidence in handling your baby, supporting your baby's natural physical development and helping digestion and sleep issues. Gentle movements help postnatal recovery for mums, and all carers and babies benefit from a shared experience of relaxation. Classes provide techniques you can use at home throughout your baby's development.
Dads, grandparents & carers are welcome, classes are not just for mums!

My daughter Dalia and I love going to Sarah's class, as she loves to hear the songs, enjoys the baby yoga moves as well as socialise and see the other babies. The class is a haven of relaxation not only for her but also gives me a chance to bond with Dalia and relax too. Xx
Me and my daughter were complete beginners to yoga 3 months ago until we joined Sarahs class. At first I didnt know what to expect (I YouTube'd it and was a little put off to see babies being contorted round mums) Sarahs class was NOTHING like it at all and i'm so glad we went, and weren't put off by the videos.
The class was very relaxed and Sarah was very welcoming and approachable to ask any query we had; also catering for any issue or personal problem that any of us had, even down to providing changing mats for the babies! It was so nice she could relate to us new mums having children of her own.
My daughter has loved coming and we have found it very relaxing and she even has a huge sleep after every class (anywhere between 2-3.5hrs!) She has even started to recognise songs from the class.
We have made some great friends and are currently on our second course and are looking forward to continuing all the things we have learnt.
I would really recommend this great course to anyone, wheather you are a beginner to yoga or not.
Sarah is a fantastic teacher. Thomas and I thoroughly enjoyed her sessions. She has been very patient with me and my limitations due to a bad back. I've found the sessions incredibly beneficial. Xx
