Pregnancy Yoga classes are for any stage of your pregnancy, I advise starting from the 14th week if you feel well and to continue at least once a week till baby arrives. In each class we do a warm up, stretch standing, sitting on chairs or on the floor, we work with breathing exercises to help prepare you for birth. I will teach you positions to use in labor and each week we will ease common pregnancy complains like back ache. Also importantly you will meet other women going through the same a amazing experiance as you.
