Every Wednesday a few mums with babies meet at the Paddington Sports Club in Maida Vale. Their mission, YogaBears baby yoga classes to get fit with the Baby and have a fun morning with other mothers. Bonding, Cuddles and lots of fun included. Classes are suitable from 6 weeks up to crawling and we'll delight the Baby with gentle Baby massage and Yoga moves. Bring a Baby, towel and mat if you have one. I also run a Toddler Yoga class for ages 2,5 to 5 years. Please see online all details or contact me.
