Pregnancy Yoga


Come and try Pregnancy Yoga to help slow down, rest and relax into your pregnancy and meet other new mums. We work with the breath and posture work - everything modified depending on your particular stage, day, pregnancy or pregnancy related ailments. Must be over 16 weeks.
