Buggy Burn: Outdoor fitness with your kids

A cardio interval and conditioning class that gets you feeling the burn whilst pushing the pram! Some little ones stay in the buggy, but most are enjoying the gardens and playing with each other while we exercise. Toddlers and older siblings welcome, too.

No baby or buggy? No problem. Come on your own or with your baby in a carrier, and I'll work you just as hard!

Bring along a water bottle, towel or blanket, and rain gear.
