Mindfulness has been scientifically proven to have a positive impact on overall well-being and can help with stress, anxiety, insomnia as well as many physical conditions. It's a great way to learn the skill of taking care of yourself, experience the joys of parenting more fully and find practical ways to manage the emotional demands of daily life.

In the session we will explore what Mindfulness is, learn simple everyday exercises to bring a greater sense of awareness and stillness to your life. Discover what an 8 week Mindfulness course involves and it could help you.

Everyone is welcome to join us. This is a come-as-you-are event, no yoga pants required

The course will be run by Chloe Afferson who trained at Post Graduate level with the Centre for Mindfulness at Exeter University. Chloe is an experienced Mindfulness teacher and parent coach. She has run parenting programmes and provided 1:1 coaching support to parents for over 10 years and has a long standing personal Mindfulness practice.
