Hi. My name is Tamara. I'm passionate about health and well-being. I am a qualified aerobics, body conditioning and Zumba instructor. I also have a foundation degree in Sports & Exercise Science.

Exercising regularly is very important for your health and happiness. As well as improving your fitness, my classes are great fun - an ideal way to reduce stress and make new friends.
