Counselling For Mums

Becoming a parent could bring up, among other things, difficult feelings about your own experience of being parented, changes to your body, difficulties in your relationship with your partner, sexual changes and concerns, feelings of loss of your own freedom, sleep deprivation and difficulties in making a time or space for yourself.

Sometimes the process of becoming a mother is problematic in itself and you experience postnatal depression, difficulties in bonding with your baby or even, devastatingly, the loss of your baby in miscarriage or still birth.

Therapy is a space where you can take time to talk about how you feel, get support for yourself and express your feelings.

Also I work with children and young people. I have experience working with children and teenagers with special needs such ASD, ADHD and Dyslexia.
