Accounts clerk for growing engineering business. Applicant must have previous experience of SAGE or similar package that has invoicing, sales and purchase ledger, multi level stock control with bill of materials and manufacturing.
The job encompasses all of the accounting input for the company: Purchase invoices, sales despatch checking and final invoicing, sales ledger, and filing for all sales quotes, orders and invoices. Also required is production inputting, stock checking and production manufacturing and generating stock re-order reports. Applicant must be familiar with multi-level bill of materials.
Hours are flexible, but minimum 32 hours a week up to full time. Office hours are generally up to 8am to 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch.
Pay is in the region of £10 per hour depending on experience. plus bonus of 10-20% on top.
