Strong Mums is a CrossFit post-natal class aiming to get mums strong and back into shape, grow confidence and provide an opportunity to meet like-minded mums. Strong Mums will not only help you take control of your body&acirc;&#128;&#153;s shape and help you feel better mentally, it gives you the opportunity to take some time out for yourself!!<br /> <br />CrossFit can be scaled to suit every individual at any level; if you&acirc;&#128;&#153;ve never trained before, it really doesn&acirc;&#128;&#153;t matter! Perfecting basic body weight movements can be used to begin with, such as squats, which is an everyday movement you&acirc;&#128;&#153;d do naturally anyway. The class takes place every Tuesday at 11:15 - 12:15. So come down, lose weight, get fit. Be Strong!!
