Come and try one of our bite-sized courses. These short courses, running through the school holidays, are designed with the family in mind. Bring the kids, don an apron & get stuck in.
This is a hands-on course and you will try your hand at filleting, boning, tying and stuffing fish. You will discover the art of smoking & cover the basic aspects of fish cookery.
After all the hard work you'll be rewarded with a feast of freshly baked wood-fired fish accompanied by delicious salads & leaves.
