Baby massage offers a great opportunity for parent and baby to relax, interact and spend some lovely time together. During the 5 week course you will learn a full body massage routine, gas and colic routine and gentle movements. Also time for a chat! Free bottle of organic baby massage oil and handouts.
Classes are relaxed, informal and totally baby led.
Classes are held in a lovely room at Glow Maternity and Baby, Barnstaple.
