FREE introductory session Sunday July 7th 2013. 6.30pm - 8pm
8-weeks: Sundays 6.30pm-8.30pm, July 14 –September 8 2013, with no session Sept 1st and an all day session Saturday August 17th, 9:30am – 4:00pm. Mindfulness–Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teaches you to relieve stress and manage pain more effectively. You will learn practical mind/body awareness techniques including awareness of breath, sitting and walking meditation, and gentle yoga stretches suitable for every-body. Mindfulness can instill feelings of well-being, confidence and rejuvenation to restore the body, relax the mind and calm the spirit.
