The Passmore Edwards Centre is a Grade II Listed building in the centre of Newton Abbot, built in 1904. The Centre opened in June 2012 following extensive renovation and extension that blended the old with the new. The interior is light, bright and flexible so that it can be used for many different activities.

The Centre/Library is open:

Monday 9.00am - 6.00pm
Tuesday 9.00am - 6.00pm
Wednesday 9.00am - 6.00pm
Thursday 9.00am - 6.00pm
Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
Saturday 9.00am - 4.00pm

Bounce and Rhyme Date Sesions Thursday mornings 09:45-10:15 and 11:00-11:30 (term time) and 9:45-10:15 (holidays)

Bring your baby or toddler to our popular bounce and rhyme session. We sing songs and nursery rhymes, bounce and shout and generally have a great time! It's FREE. No need to book just come along.
