Escape from the day to day noise and join me for a fun, friendly flow style Yoga class. Learn how to tune into your mind and body, improve your core muscle strength and overall flexibility. The class finishes with a long calming relaxation.

Beginners always welcome. I am pre and post natal qualified.

If you are starting back to exercise after having had your baby, then you will to have had the OK from your doctor and your 6 week check up.

Changing rooms are available as are mats. Free on-site car parking.
