Baby Yoga Classes - Stretch and Sense


A fun way to interact with baby along with numerous benefits for baby. Trained by a provider accredited by the Royal College of Midwives gives you the trust that you and your baby are in safe hands. Our Stretch and Sense classes provide gentle yet stimulating stretches, moves, holds and swings combined with song and rhyme. Baby yoga develops muscle tone, balance, body awareness and spatial awareness, all which can work to help babies achieve early milestones such as rolling, sitting, crawling, standing and walking. Added benefit of group sensory activities or free sensory play in baby yoga classes run by Blossom Baby Massage and Yoga. If you enjoy your five-week block of baby yoga classes, you can re-book onto the next block. We maintain variety between blocks to keep the fun alive! Next blocks begin 23rd Feb and 13th Apr.
