Parent & Baby Yoga


Parent and Baby Yoga is perfect for mums wanting to regain strength after birth and for Dads there is also strengthening work and release of tension.
Parents and babies need to stay closely connected in the early phase of parenting, and parent and baby yoga helps their bond to deepen in a way that is fun and healthy for both.

Mondays 11am (starting 7 September)

Classes are relaxed and informal.

Suitable from 6 weeks old to crawling.
