My name is Giovanni Dora and I am the owner/chef of Deli Rocks, I was born in London, to Italian parents from Parma, "the Capital of Food", who both worked in catering.
I grew up surrounded by homemade food, from fresh pasta to the best Parma ham and the finest selection of Parmigiano Reggiano. Whilst working in a delicatessen in Green Park, London, I decided to combine my parents' culinary background with my modern views on how a delicatessen ought to be: not a sterile, but a vibrant environment. Somewhere everyone should feel welcome.
The focus at Deli Rocks is on quality products carefully selected by myself. Nothing but the best will do. All of the cheeses and meats are from some of the most respected and well-known companies in Italy.
