The Russell-Cotes is a dramatic seaside Victorian villa filled with outstanding paintings and sculptures and crammed with artefacts from around the world.

Painting highlights include, Venus Verticordia the Pre-Raphaelitre masterpiece by Dante Gabriel Rossetti and Midsummer by Albert Moore.

The museum has an established permanent and temporary exhibition programme showcasing work from the collection of Annie and Merton Russell-Cotes and external organisations.

Activities for children:

- Workshops and craft days during School Holidays.
- Early Explorers club our monthly club for 2-5 year olds and their grown ups.
