Part-time Customer Support Executive

Do you posses excellent people skills, ambition and commitment along with confidence, and strong administration skills? This could be the perfect role for you!


- Managing email and telephone queries
- Processing new orders from receipt through to making the customer account “live”
- Providing advice and guidance to customers
- Handling complaints and cancellations
- Administration duties

The ideal candidate should have:
- Experience of working within a customer facing role
- Excellent administration/organisational skills
- Ability to manage general enquiries and complaints
- Experienced user of MS Office
- Minimum of 5 GCSE's or equivalent, including Maths and English at C or above

Salary £16,000.00 pro rata

Thursday–Friday 9am–5.30pm ideally (may be possible to work around school hours etc)
