The library offers access to a wide range of services including books for adults and young people. We also have Library Gets Lively session on a Saturday from 10.30am to 11am.
There are regular Rhyme Times and Storytimes for young children with Chatterbooks, Saturday Homework Help, Blast a Children's One Act Play Reading Group and Page Turners Reading Group for school age children during term times. A selection of feature films and music to hire, reference and information services, local history.
Adult services include monthly meetings of Book Chat Reader Review Group held in the main library. Readers have the opportunity to share their reading recommendation of the past month and browse a selection of titles over refreshments. Small Group sessions include Reminiscence Hour, Take a Chance Readers Group, Family History Group and a Visually Impaired Reading Group.
