I can offer you a personalised training plan to help you to reach your goals. Whether it is a 5k run, a 10k race, losing weight, toning up or motivating - I can design a plan for you.

If exercising in a gym is unappealing - they can be noisy, intimidating, impersonal & smelly with unsuitable timetables & time wasting due to traveling to & from the gym - having a PT resolves these issues. The workout can be in or near your home, & you can exercise outside in the fresh air.

Following a fitness assessment, I will create a plan that will be designed specifically for you, working around your likes and dislikes. Taking into account your personal goals & challenges, it will be dynamic and progressive, but fun to do.

Your training will cover cv work, resistance work, stretching & toning. By setting measurable goals for both short term & long term, you will be able to see the changes in your body.
