Recipe For A Relaxing Summer is the sixth and final session from the Recipe For Success – From The Inside Out programme. Sunday 8th May 2016
Summer is a time for enjoyment and relaxation but we can be filled with dread because of all the juggling that needs to be done to manage workloads, child minding and finances. This session will help you to start considering what lies ahead for you so that you can start to plan and prepare for a great few months ahead. Cath will help you set up a strategy suitable for you and your needs so that you can really enjoy your holiday in a stress freeway and look back on them with fondness.
During this session you will be participating in our essential yoga class, so please make sure you are wearing comfortable clothes or have something to change into. This will be a beautiful relaxing yoga session incorporating essential oils, working on the mind, body and soul. This will then be followed by a demonstration on how simple it is to make up your own DIY emergency kit for the holiday and you will have the opportunity to make and take away your own after sun spray too.
