Frantic is designed for 7 -11year olds and is the natural progression on from Scramble, or the ideal class for children to try dance for the first time.

Contemporary dance technique is introduced in a more traditional format with set exercises. Each session ends with a fun creative workshop where the children can explore and create their own movement ideas.

It's fun, its fast, it's frantic!!
