Hi Mums, do you have lower back pain ? Are you tired out after a long day? Would you like to tone up and strengthen your body & improve your posture?
Then come and join us.
Monday mornings at 10.00am/11.00am ( doors open at 9.30am to settle little ones and to welcome new Mums into the class)
The class is designed to empower new Mums to get their fitness, flexibility and strength back after childbirth. Little ones are welcome in the class.
Mums & Tums tip 1. Try not to arch your back when lifting little ones
Mums & Tums tip 2: Lift from your hips and keep little ones close to the body,try not to lift at arms length.
