Step away from the fridge! Are you finding food is controlling your life? This therapy and support group is for people to come along and share their feelings, ideas etc about overeating, and to create new ways of thinking and relaxing around food. Run by a trained counsellor, the course runs for six sessions (starting Wednesday 12th March) and the first session is free, to give you the chance to find out if this is suitable for your needs, and to ask questions etc. Brief mindfulness techniques will also be introduced to help you in your normal daily routines.
