Are you recovering from an injury or illness; wanting to improve your flexibility, strength, muscle balance and overall fitness? Do you have back, shoulder, hip or knee aches and pains?
Come and try Pilates! We work at different levels of intensity, using a range of equipment to help build core strength and flexibility. Courses take you through Stotts Pilates exercises with modifications for post or pre natal women, injuries or postural issues whilst having fun!

If you prefer to drop into classes, come along on Thurs evenings to St Georges Hall, Court Farm Road, Hove 6.30 - 7. 30 pm - £5. Or you might prefer individual sessions to concentrate on your body's posture and/or rehabilitation. These are in my fully equipped Hove studio at £30 /hour. Please contact Barbara to discuss which sessions best for you.
