Mummies and Buggies Circuits


I am qualified in ante and post natal exercise and run classes for new mums to help them get back into shape.

The mummies and buggies class will follow the principles of circuit training, combining cardiovascular and resistance exercises so your heart and muscles get a good work out, while ensuring that you exercise safely and effectively at your own fitness level.

Come and join in, I guarantee you'll have lots of fun and a really great workout!

P.S. I also have a Monday class in Musselburgh at Lewisvale Park at 10.15-11am

    Fantastic class, led by a fantastic instructor Becca. Great way to get back into excercise after giving birth, excercise tailored to fitness levels and experience. Pre-natal, I was an avid gym bunny and wasn't expecting a challenging class... Wrong !! Becca's class includes loads of core exercises as well as high intensity but can be adapted to fitness levels, as tough as you want to make it ! With the class running in all weather, there's no excuse !! Highly recommend !
