FitMamas is a morning baby friendly exercise program for mums. We will help you to lose those extra pounds gained during pregnancy ,tone up and get stronger.
Fitmamas program is about being the best version of yourself. We will focus to lose those extra pounds gained during pregnancy, tone up , get stronger and feel good. Before the block we will measure you to see where you are (weight, body fat , metabolic age , muscle mass etc ) we will repeat the measurements monthly. You will receive a healthy food list and healthy eating plan which would help you to achieve your goals. Moreover you will have our full support.
What to bring:
-mat or a towel (we will be exercising on the floor)
-bottle of water
-pair of indoor shoes
-wear comfy clothes, any fitness, dance gear is fine.
-dress warm the studio is cold during the winter
-toys & blanket if you are coming with your baby

Fitmamas is a game changer! If you've got kids and are looking for a serious workout then this is the place to go. It's tough but you get results - I've lost weight, increased my confidence and feel more energised than ever (even with a 10 month old!). My wee one loves it too, he plays with the other babies and looks up to the older kids and we've both made tons of news friends. Fitmamas is a proper community of like minded mums and I've been overwhelmed at how welcoming, open and honest everyone is... Because at the end of the day, we're all in the same boat! The team at Fitness Soul are super friendly and inspirational. The workouts are always varied, never boring and definitely reflect the most current fitness theory.
