Bea Alexander Pilates runs very small group Pregnancy and Post Natal Pilates classes. Just three women in each class for individual care and attention during this special time.

During pregnancy we work on keeping you stretched and toned, breathing techniques and developing strong pelvic floor muscles, and after birth in regaining strong stomach muscles.

Block 1 Pregnancy 6 weeks 9th/10th Jan-13/14th February
