Baby Bump Fitness at Edinburgh Leisure


Are you pregnant and not sure how best to exercise? Do you want to train in a safe environment with support from qualified coaches? Would you prefer exercise sessions with other pregnant women?

Our new "Baby Bump" fitness class is the perfect solution. These sessions aim to help maintain your fitness as you progress through your pregnancy, using exercises to help your cardiovascular fitness, core strength, posture and mobility.

Baby Bump Fitness: Saturdays 10:30am – 11:30am, Ainslie Park Leisure Centre Gym.
