Pregnancy & Post Natal Pilates


We run small Pregnancy & Post-Natal Pilates classes - maximum of 8 women per class. Pilates is fantastic during these times of big change for your body and mind. It safely keeps your core muscles working and re-develops them after birth. The breathing is great practice for birth and we do pelvic floor exercises with you. We use Swiss Exercise balls and other equipment in the classes.

New Term Starts the Week of 5th September. Two 7-Week Blocks.

Thursday Post-Natal 8-9pm
Friday Pregnancy 5.30-6.30pm
Friday Pregnancy 6.35-7.35pm

Pregnant women need to have had their 12 week scan to join a class and Post-Natal women need to have had their six-week check.
