NEW 25min CRUNCHLESS CORE POST NATAL CLASSES
Tue & Thu 11.00am (Level 1: Post 6-week check to 6 months)
Tue & Thu 2pm (Level 2: 6 months to 1 year)
Max.6 Mums in a class.
Babies up to 7 months welcome.

The classes focus on:
1. Restoring your optimal posture
2. Restoring your core with emphasis on Pelvic Floor rehab
3. Restoring and improving your functional strength to deal with the demands of being a Mum
4. Achieving Post Natal fat loss and that all important flattened Mummy Tummy!

Exercises include Squats, Lunges, Bridges, Planks etc. You'll be using a wide variety of training equipment including free weights, resistance bands, fitness loops, Swiss balls, Kettlebells - all depending on the Post Natal stage you are at. All classes are 25 mins and are delivered by fully qualified Personal Trainers.
