Perfect for making the most of your break, Lunch Club offers 2 different classes:

High Intensity Interval Training (12.30-12.50pm) - Get the burn with short sharp bursts of exercise. Boost your metabolism and challenge your cardio vascular system

Strength & Flexibility (1-1.30pm) - a fusion of body conditioning, pilates and yoga, this class builds strength and flexibility, while improving your core. Feel those muscles work without the cardio (and the sweat!)

You can either pick one to come to (£4), or why not try both (£6)
