I am a qualified L3 personal trainer who has qualifications in adapting exercise for pre and post natal ladies. I offer various classes (circuits, PiYo, BumpFit pregnancy, BabyFit buggy class) in addition to doing one-on-one sessions.

Whether you want to improve your fitness, lose some body fat/ baby weight, strengthen up, or train for an event, I can help set up a plan for you to achieve your goals.

If you feel that doing sessions with a friend(s) would motivate you even more, then I can also offer sessions for pairs or small groups. Sessions can be done as half or full hours.
