Ante/postnatal Pilates


Pilates for Pregnancy, Pilates for Mother & Baby - Classes specifically designed for new mums and mums to be.

Pilates exercises have been adapted to make them safe, target problem areas and help to increase, strength, body awareness and promote good posture.
The exercises strengthen/regain tone of pelvic floor, stomach and back muscles; which reduces other common pre/post natal complaints including backache and stress incontinence.
Classes are light, low impact and include stretching and lateral breathing techniques to help expectant mums and new mothers relax.
Participants should leave the class feeling stretched, stronger, relaxed and refreshed!
Class sizes are limited to ensure a personal experience/hands on guidance.
Mats and equipment are provided – you may just wish to bring a bed pillow for extra support for bump or a blanket for baby.
