Little Lotus is pleased to offer Baby Massage & Baby Yoga classes to mums and babies in the Loughton and surrounding areas.

Little Lotus runs Baby massage classes suitable from four weeks to crawling, and Baby yoga classes suitable from twelve weeks to crawling.

We also offer one to one classes and specialist sessions to help colic and encourage unsettled babies to relax.
