A unique group class suitable for Mother & baby (pre-crawling) that focuses on postnatal rehabilitation. Perfect for new mums who need:
• To re-connect with their body & core muscles following childbirth
• Safe exercises that will improve strength & flexibility
• Improved posture by restoring the natural curves of the spine
• Time to exercise in a supportive group setting with your baby- So no need for childcare!
Mother and baby class is suitable from 6 weeks postpartum (or after 6 week check with GP) or 8 weeks minimum for a ceasarean delivery.

Matwork for Mums
A small group class using small pilates equipment that is suitable for mums who need to re-connect with their bodies before re-joining mainstream Pilates classes.
